I have been coaching distance(400m to 10km) for the club for 13 years. I am a fully certified level 3 coach in distance as well as level 1 in all other event areas. In addition I also coach Men’s Cross-Country and indoor track for the U of S Huskies. Along the way I have coached numerous Provincial Champions and medallists as well as several National medallists. In 2009 I served as the distance coach for the Canada Summer Games team in PEI .

My coaching Philosophy is based on the Athlete Development Model. I coach athletes to run their best races at the pinnacle of their careers,not the start.
