Club Work Requirement
STFC relies solely on volunteers for its operation's success.
Many of our members perform hundreds of hours of volunteer labor for the Club -
all of which is greatly appreciated by athletes and parents and by our community.
This year we are implementing a policy, which requires a deposit to cover the volunteer commitment from each athlete.
A minimum of 10 volunteer hours is required for each athlete registered with the Club in order to recoup the volunteer committment deposit.
Volunteer hours include volunteering at track meets (track or field events), road race, auction or working in the lunch room as well as bringing food items for the lunch room.
Once all 10 hours are completed a refund will be issued.

Fundraising Requirement
STFC engages in fund-raising to help defray the costs of operating the club. Each member of STFC is required to sell two books of raffle tickets.
In addition all senior level athletes are required to help with our major fundraising effort, the STFC Auction.
Other Ways you can Help
The Administration of the club requires dedicated parents to:
- serve on the board of directors
- help with registration for track meets
- Chaperone Club competition trips
- Solicit donations, sell tickets for Auction
Volunteering in this capacity can be rewarding, and informative.
Your time and talents are greatly appreciated.
